You can place the order before 2pm for the same day and at your convenience for the following days.

We accept same day orders for the major cities in India. We need one day in advance for towns and smaller places in India where there is no florist service and needs to be shipped from the nearest florist location. We need at least 4 days in advance for overseas orders. The charges for overseas orders will be provided after receiving your request.

You can change the product, timings and also the address before the office hours (before 5pm), if the order is for the next day. No changes can be made, once the order is processed and the product is ready.

You can cancel the order if the delivery date is for the next day or later date. Cancelation should be done before 5pm the previous day.

We assure you of the availability of the ordered product always. In rare situation due to some unavoidable circumstances if any product is not available, we will call you up and as per your choice another available product will be delivered if  it is for the same cost or if the price of the changed product is higher, sender has to pay the difference amount. If the price is lower than the already ordered product, the difference will be refunded to the sender.

Your order status will be confirmed after 3 hours of delivery in some places where it is very far. Between 2-3 hours after the order is delivered in all major cities.
